I wanted to link to Lt. Colonel Dave Grossman's excellent essay on Sheep, wolves and Sheepdogs (actually I wrote him requesting permission to post it in it's entirety), but this essay (which quotes Lt. Colonel Dave Grossman) is more than worth the time it takes to read. Bill Whittle is right, to just be the busboy at that table would be worth it.
